Daisy provides telephony, data and connectivity to SMEs throughout the UK. In our initial research amongst business owners we heard a rather familiar refrain: “Wouldn’t it be good if there was a company who focussed on providing the best telecommunications solution to suit my business, rather than just trying to sell me their product”.
So our strategy for Daisy was to help them to become a consultancy, not just a ‘product sales’ business. This required a major shift in the organisational structure and culture. We developed a new identity and a new proposition – ‘Daisy: better connected for better returns’. Since the new brand strategy has been implemented Daisy has blossomed and stands out as an advisor in a sector known for its hard sell approach.
