Longstanding Libertine client HMV, scooped a hat trick with three wins in three categories at the 30th Anniversary Awards of the BVA (British Video Association) last week. The wins included - Retailer of the Year, Blu-ray Retailer of the Year, and the ‘Retailer Marketing initiative of the year' prize for its Get Closer and My Inspiration marketing campaigns.

There was much celebration in the ornate surrounds of The Grosvenor House Hotel last night as the Artemis 'Sandstorm' execution picked up the Gold for 'Best Outdoor Advertisement' in the Money Marketing 2009 Awards. This weighty award (in more ways than one - it's in the shape of a gold bar and weighs about the same) was collected by a proud Pauline Bush, Head of Marketing at Artemis. The award took a while in coming but we finally got recognition for the Artemis Campaign which is now in its 5th successful year. Well done to Russ and Tim who created the ad.

Campaign just released their Top 100 ad agency list and Libertine is in at 26 - wey hey!

Of course this is the top 100 based on media related billings for clients that we do above-the-line creative work for and therefore doesn't cover the digital side of our business, which now accounts for more than half the company. Some would say that the world has moved on but the measurement of the top 100 hasn't.
