People who have been with the agency for a while may know I can get a bit angry about things but now I seem to have complete validation of my actions. Contrary to popular belief, showing anger can be good for one's career - so says a new study by the Harvard Study of Adult Development. They claim that those who keep their wrath bottled up are at least three times more likely to admit they have disappointing personal and professional lives. By contrast, those who let their anger out were more likely to be professionally well-established, as well as enjoy emotional and physical intimacy with loved ones.
 Professor Vaillant, the man behind the study, criticises the rise in anti-anger mood-stabilising drugs and anger-management counselling because learning to channel anger can serve a vital role in our wellbeing.
