Our very own John Wood and The Woodsmen triumphed in a sell-out performance at the HMV Borderline Club last Thursday. Over £800 pounds was raised for CLIC Sargent as they rattled off an eclectic repertoire, from Elvis to The Stranglers with a little bit of Buddy Holly in between. There is a nasty rumour they are searching for a larger venue for a follow-up gig. Well, at least it's all in a good cause. Click here to join The Woodsmen fan club!
